In order to better serve the community, we’ve consolidated our Green Bay area locations into one primary office at 1087 West Mason Street. This means the Velp Avenue clinic location will be discontinued as a satellite office. We are thankful for those who visited us in Howard over the years, and look forward to continue to serve you and the greater Green Bay area at the Mason Street location.
This change is effective as of Monday, July 2.
Those who had appointments at the Velp Avenue location have been contacted to reschedule an appointment at our Mason Street location.
