Our Practice Manager, Pam Hagen, recently visited Washington, D.C. advocating for patients on behalf of the American Academy of Ophthalmic Executives. For the duration of her stay there, she met with staffers of Wisconsin senators and representatives to discuss topics such as drug prices and medication shortages.
Hagen is a Board member of the AAOE, the American Academy of Ophthalmology’s practice management affiliate, a membership organization dedicated to meeting the educational needs of those responsible for managing the business side of ophthalmic practice.
