Waiting room policy during coronavirus outbreak

In light of concerns regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) we’ve temporarily updated our waiting room policy.

Some of our patient population is at high risk for complications of #coronavirus and we’re asking patients to help limit potential exposure. Because of this we are looking to minimize non-essential people in our waiting rooms. We understand patients often require that a family member be present during their appointments; these people will NOT be affected by this updated temporary policy.

We ask that only people who are essential to the appointment accompany patients to their appointments. This includes time spent in the waiting room. If patients cannot accommodate this, they and their company may be asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Additionally, if the appointment is for a routine yearly exam we would ask that it be rescheduled. This will allow us to keep our waiting less crowded for patients who require urgent or emergent care.

Patients, and those escorting them, may be asked to reschedule if showing symptoms of illness. The health of all our patients is very important to us, and we are doing our part to limit the spread of #COVID19. We appreciate your help and understanding during this time. Call us with questions or to reschedule at 920 499-3102.
