Kurt Schwiesow, MD, presented on laser cataract surgery at Tower Clock Eye Center’s Shawano location last night to a full house. Dr. Schwiesow explained the origins of cataract surgery, how the procedure has evolved and explained the many benefits laser surgery at Tower Clock Eye Center offers.
Following the formal presentation, Dr. Schwiesow took questions from the audience for nearly an hour. Schwiesow answered questions on many surgery-related topics including insurance coverage, dropless cataract surgery and pre- and post-operative care.

He touched on all aspects of surgery including the surgical process, IOL options, technology, and addressed many common patient questions.
